The Orleans Community Health Foundation (OCHF) was created for educational and fundraising purposes only and is not engaged in rendering medical advice or professional services. If you have or suspect you have a medical issue, you should consult your healthcare provider.
OCHF exists to address the healthcare needs of Orleans, Northern Genesee and Eastern Orleans Counties. Our mission is to engage the community in a unified commitment to Orleans Community Health and facilitate financial support for continuous development and bring our hometown healthcare network to new standards of excellence. All donations are used for the purposes of driving the mission of OCHF as decided by the Board of Directors.
OCHF is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization of the Internal Revenue Code of the United States of America. Donations made in US dollars by US tax-payers are tax deductible.
OCHF accepts online donations by credit card and electronic fund transfer (EFT) through an electronic payment gateway. By making this donation, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older and the mechanism (credit card, account information, etc.) is owned by you or you have permission to use it. The subject of these terms is the donation amount from the donor to OCHF and the frequency (one-time, weekly, monthly, annually) of the donation specified by the donor prior to making the donation.
Under no circumstances will OCHF be liable to you for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses or damages or loss of profits of whatever nature arising from the use of or access to, or inability to use or access the website, and also unauthorized access to or alterations of your transmissions or data.
The issuance of partial or full refunds is up to the discretion of the OCHF Executive Director and granted on a case-by-base basis. Any refund requests must be made within 15 days of making a donation by calling the OCHF office at (585) 798-8061.

The Orleans Community Health Foundation (OCHF) is committed to respecting the privacy of donors and investors. The types of donor information that it collects and maintains are as follows:
Contact Information—name, address, phone number, email address
Other personal information—birthday, spouse/significant other’s name, anniversaries, employment affiliation
Information on events attended, publications received, and special requests made by the donor
Information provided by the donor in the form of comments and suggestions
